HUD Rescinds Disparate Impact Regulations.

Under the Fair Housing Act & the Illinois Human Rights Act, it is illegal in housing matters to discriminate against persons because they have children under age 18, are pregnant, or will be obtaining custody of a child. Examples of familial status discrimination are below.
