A very moving moment as staff and students from Fairfax observed a moment of reflection and silence at the Menin Gate. Our students conducted themselves impeccably. Very proud. 🇫🇷🇧🇪

Bonjour! We've all had some much needed sleep and made our lunches for the day. 🇧🇪

Our first stop this morning is Essex farm cemetery. We are fortunate to have Nick as our tour guide this morning. ☺️🇧🇪

Our second visit was Yorkshire trench and dugout 🇧🇪. We got to experience a real preserved trench.

Our next visit is the German Langemark Cemetery

Our last stop this morning is Tyne Cot cemetery. 🇧🇪

We were honoured to lay our wreath at Tyne Cot this afternoon and to lay a cross by some of our fallen soldiers. Our students were again impeccable.

We have arrived back in England. Our ETA at Fairfax is currently midnight. We will keep you posted.
