That end of term tired that creeps up like a 6 year old with a wet willy. (A wet finger in the ear before people lose their minds). I was so ridiculously smug that the term hadn’t wiped me out on Monday. Interview done today and I’m wiped out. Mental energy is on the red!

Nothing quite like setting cover for lessons when you have Covid. Until you wake up and realise you’ve set the wrong groups cover for the day. Cue panic cover setting at 8.30 😌😅 Can I just say that our cover supervisors are amazing!!

Kudos to those teaching P3/P5 in the choking humidity with cries of “it’s too hot to learn” coupled with Y10 nonchalantly wandering school after their mock & finishing on a great, belly rumble of thunder and torrential rain. “Miss look it’s raining!” 40m of my lesson gone! 🙄😓
