Monday: Q-Source Brief in the COT

Four strong pre-dawn on a cool Wed morning, 11’s up and down a flight of stairs, 2 rounds of four corners in the courtyard, and some core exercises to cool down. Discussed the three relationships every man needs with other men. Great way to start a morning. 💪
