One last look at Earth before we reach the Moon. This view of the Earth was captured on April 5, the fourth day of the Artemis II mission, from inside the Orion spacecraft. The four astronauts will reach their closest approach of the Moon tomorrow, April 6.

Absolutely blown away by the quality of the footage here, just an absolute gift that this historical moment was captured in such detail. A must watch for everyone, especially before NASA sends humans to the moon again with Artemis IV in 2028.

Unbelievable. We have personal iPhone footage from an astronaut going around the far side of the Moon capturing the Earth setting behind it.
