Question! If you lead a subject , how do you manage your time/to do list, alongside classroom responsibilities, without set leadership time?

Year 1 teachers…. The maths NC statement “count, read and write numbers to 100 in numerals and count in multiples of 2,5,10” does the 100 element apply to the second part (multiples)? We have some children who can count in multiples but only to 20.

I am looking at creating a weekly staff notice, with key dates and events that are happening that week? Does anyone have a template that works well?
