The journey towards opening Patisserie Melanie began ten years ago when Melanie, a high school teacher, dreamed of baking French pastries. After training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she returned to San Diego as a pastry chef, & brought French viennoiseries to her neighborhood.
