For me Nova Lake is good because it fixes the mess that Alder Lake introduced. The E cores are finally worth it and I don’t mind if they stay. Even with unified core, Intel will be keeping a hybrid architecture.

Umm have you seen how much watts mobile x86 use at 5 GHz and beyond? 15-20 watts for the H SKUs and for the HX SKUs it’s 30 watts. This isn’t optimisation. Those milliseconds add up. a lot people use fly outs.
