I don't think Dead Reckoning or Final Reckoning reach the highs of Fallout but there's SO much good stuff in those films, Dead Reckoning is right behind Fallout as the best of the series imo. And Fallout ends so suddenly without much wrap up that DR/ FR are needed as an ending.
