Roughly 50 women die every month in the United States due to a domestic violence situation in which a gun is used. Earlier this week, Katy Spurlock and Ann Hawkins presented in our staff meeting about the importance of noticing the red flags of violent behavior.

Tomorrow is the Moms Demand Action meeting, which will take place at Shady Grove Presbyterian Church at 6:30 p.m. Sandy Bromley with the Shelby County Crime Victims Center will present at this meeting, and we hope you'll consider joining us in honor of #DomesticViolenceAwarenessMonth.
