Congratulations to Daisy Palencia who contracted into EWU Army ROTC. Palencia is a Computer Science major who is also a member of the WA National Guard. By contracting she activated a #scholarship that will pay for her tuition EWU and a $420 a month stipend. #EagleStrong🦅💪
