Today the team were on the hill covering route planning,local knowledge,decision making & navigation. After splitting into small groups the team then covered large areas on foot with approximately 30 checkpoints spread out across the North of the island Scottish MR St John Scotland

The team were called out at approximately 1900hrs yesterday evening to assist a hill walker with an ankle injury on the Goatfell path. The casualty was treated for their injury and taken off the hill via Argo car for a transfer to Ambulance. We wish the casualty a speedy recovery

The team were called out at approx 1440 today to assist 2 hikers who had got stuck on some nasty ground in Dearg choirein below North Goatfell. The team took the Argo cats to the top of Coire Lan where they then helped them back to safe ground and returned them safely to Brodick

The team were called out this evening at 1910 to assist a female walker who had sustained an ankle injury at the blue pools,Glen Rosa. She was treated for her injury then transported by Argo out the glen for onward transfer to hospital. We wish the casualty a speedy recovery.

The team were called out at approximately 1145hrs today to assist a male walker suffering from heat exhaustion on the Coire fionn lochan path. He was assessed and then transported to Ambulance at the roadside via Argo Cat. We wish the casualty a speedy recovery. Scottish MR

The team were called out at approximately 1700hrs yesterday to assist a female walker suffering a medical episode near Kings Cave Blackwaterfoot . She was assessed by team members at the scene then stretchered a short distance to the Argo to be transported to local Ambulance.

The team were callout out at approx 1130 this morning to assist a female with an ankle injury in Gleann Easan Biorach She was treated for her injury & then stretched a short distance across the river to a point where she could be extracted by Argo cat to the top of the Boguillie

The team were called out at 1745 to assist a woman who had sustained a head injury in Glen Rosa. The team worked alongside the Air Ambulance retrieval team to treat her before she was flown to hospital. Thanks to everyone for their help. We wish the casualty a speedy recovery!

Call out at 1750 this evening to search for a walker who had not returned from a hike from Glen Catacol to Loch na Davie. Team members along with Rescue 199 deployed to the hill & the walker was soon located by Rescue 199 having taken the wrong route but thankfully safe & well.
