Not all ACL tears need surgery. We showed equal clinical outcomes after exercise +\- surgery almost 15 yrs ago nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…
Now it’s catching on, paradigm shifts take time 😏, and improved structural outcomes (“healing”) are actually often possible!
