Ten years today since my mother died. What I wouldn't give to change another wound packing or empty another bedpan or "barf bucket" if it meant having her here for one more hug. I miss her terribly, but she suffered so badly that it'd be selfish & cruel of me to wish her back. 💔

I'm sure you've heard it a million times, but tell people that you love them. Don't let it become a permanent regret.
