Word of warning against using Vivid Seats - I've had an issue with tickets for more than a week and can't get help. Sat on hold twice for more than an hour only to get hung up on. Sent multiple emails. Nothing works. Vivid Seats Support needs to get their shit together. This sucks.

Guess what they sent me 15 hours after I DM'd my order number... If Vivid Seats hasn't been blacklisted by credit card companies for chargebacks within a year, I'll eat one of my shoes. There are lemonade stands with more robust infrastructure than this horseshit.

Well Vivid Seats finally made it right - provided a direct number to the broker hotline. Issue was resolved in 2 minutes. Glad it's fixed, but why did it have to be so damn difficult for me to get that number? Shouldn't take hours of calls, emails, and DMs. Vivid Seats Support
