Every year, SU elections are the most insipid affairs imaginable. Utterly apolitical, vacuous, personality-based 'elections'. It's a bad joke. Finally, at my old alma mater, a communist stands and Leeds University Union rigs it to exclude them. A farce and a disgrace of 'democracy'.
