Approximately 11% of G+ relatives developed DCM during a median follow-up of 3 years. Older age, an abnormal ECG, lower LVEF, increased LVEDD, motor sarcomeric genetic variants and LGE are associated with a higher risk of developing DCM. JACC Journals
