I wish was more general public anger at this latest UK policy to hugely punish Brits, their spouses & kids who dare to fall in love with a non Brit/Irish.
(It is also perversely more punishing to the UK taxpayer, now more likely to need to support an enforced UK single parent)

Funny to think how this slot was in Sir David Frost’s day a place for measured, courteous and informed debate.

The BBC wrongly think that if they pander to the Mail and other right wing rag agenda, the Mail will go a bit easy on them. Pathetic. Well done John O'Farrell calling it out. Same theme my The New European - Think Without Borders column this coming week.

Whata bizarre response from Laura kuenssberg . O'farrell makes important points about how the news is constructed & editorial choices of apparently 'serious ' broadcasters are being shaped by tabloids & she makes some random comment about the police not being pussycats 😳🐈

Numerous article from the BBC on Rayner…

Including one from Kuenssberg that says:

“with the police investigating, Angela Rayner is in trouble.”

Yet zero articles on Conservative Party being fined by the Electoral Commission for underreporting donations

Why is that BBC News (UK)?

Michael M. 🇨🇭🇳🇴🇮🇸🇱🇮🇬🇧/🇨🇾 Tom Berglund Some Airbus components are made in the UK 🇬🇧.

Prior to Brexit, Airbus in the UK employed just 2 people to handle relevant paperwork.

Now it is 82 people, costing approx. £3.2m pa for basically the NTB's.

Airbus can afford it.

Swathes of Brit SME's can't.

More than ever, we need tactical voting to GTTO.

And since the Tories have changed the voting system in London, the same is true for the mayoral election. That is why I will be voting for Sadiq Khan on 2 May.

Lib Dem voters can still vote for their candidates in the Assembly

Trump is lying: There was no groundswell of support in America for overturning Roe. In fact, support for Roe is higher today in America than it has ever been.

The real truth is Trump made a political deal in 2016. He promised to appoint a Court that would get rid of Roe, so he…

Well well. One of Susan Hall’s advisers has spilled the beans and let slip that she’s planning to charge pedestrians £12 a day to walk round London and an extra £5 if you use more than 10 pedestrian crossings a day.
How can hard working Londoners afford this?
Total madness.

For those who are saying: “it’s a joke”, my answer is that the swastika is not funny. As I said, hard to post it for that very reason. People who think it’s funny, no doubt dress up as the SS at fancy dress parties.

Ridiculous argument. The Tories have delivered one gigantic supply side reform. It was called Brexit and it has been an unmitigated disaster, which is a large part of the reason why taxes and spending have had to go up. Pure gaslighting to suggest otherwise.
