This week, we will be highlighting the 6 funded projects of the Joint Action “Ecological Aspects of Microplastics”. For today, we are giving the spotlight to Sempéré Richard, coordinator of Andromeda.

New day, new highlight: JPI Oceans FACTS is one of the six funded projects of the Joint Action “Ecological Aspects of Microplastics”.
Jes Vollertsen, coordinator of the project #FACTS , explains further the mission of the project.

As our next highlighted project, we will focus today on #HOTMIC , one of the six funded projects of the Joint Action “Ecological Aspects of Microplastics”. Coordinator Aaron J. Beck explains the methods developed by HOTMIC which address the challenge of separating microplastics.

For today’s project highlight of the Joint Action “Ecological Aspects of Microplastics”, we are introducing #iplastic . Project coordinator, Patrizia Ziveri, highlights that estuaries are important transitional environments for the accumulation and the dispersion of microplastics.
