Today is the 75th anniversary of VE Day: the day when people across the Commonwealth marked the end of war in Europe with a mixture of jubilation and quiet reflection on the many sacrifices which had been made for peace.

Would I die for Jesus? I hope I would be strong enough. In this time the real question is will I speak for Him. It is your question as well if He is your Lord & Savior. Will I speak for Him to any power or dominion that denies Him. The apostles did....LET’S BE APOSTOLIC!

Friends, in light of the number of calls and emails regarding Pope Francis' comments in a documentary, Bishop Paprocki offers this statement.

There are many faithful Catholics who still believe everything contained in the Deposit of Faith & are scandalized by elected officials & Church leaders whose actions deny these teachings. Do not despair, the Truth is still the Truth, no person can change it. Follow Jesus & PRAY!

As we begin Advent let us all make a good examination of conscience, repent of our sins & resolve to go to Confession as soon as possible. If it has been a long time since you went to Confession please go, our Merciful Lord awaits you. If you go often PRAISE GOD & pray for all!
