Slow cooked in Stag Do Stout organic brisket from our neighbouring farmer and a homemade Yorkshire pudding made with our brewery free range eggs. We are ethical and enjoy our food 👍

Our most recent ethical donation goes to Ochiltree and Skares Community Action Group to buy bird boxes. The villagers organise sponsored walks and litter picks, provide free poo bags and bins for dog walkers, have planted spring bulbs and much more #unityinthecommunity 👍👍

Just over a week to one of our favourite events Burnsfest at Rozelle. The Ethical Ales family have been busy, Gary brewing amazing beers, George stocking the bar, Amanda practising cocktail recipes and Scott and Steve have been on a customer service training course 😁👍🍻
