Today, ETDA proudly held a farewell ceremony for Young Chef Melky and Chef Mentor Marcel, who will depart tomorrow for India to participate in the 12th Young Chef Olympiad—one of the world’s three largest international competitions, after the FIFA World Cup and the Olympic Games.
