Fantastic to see The Friendship Circle - Friendship Circle mentioned in the house of commons. We have been working so incredibly hard over the past few months to keep our members connected. Support from Christian Wakeford MP and all our supporters is even more valuable at this time
My 12 year old is staying off his phone for 1 week to raise money for Friendship Circle. Check out his page and please support his challenge! justgiving.com/fundraising/le…
Thank you Jacob Rees-Mogg for the opportunity to chat about The Friendship Circle and some of things that we are working hard to accomplish. Support from you, our MP Christian Wakeford MP and others in parliament help open doors for us to speak up and be the voice for our members.
Really fantastic that these conversations are taking place. And thankful to the Board of Deputies of British Jews for putting together this event to talk about such an important issue. Looking forward to supporting one of our amazing members on this panel. Watch live on Monday here ⤵️
Really lovely to receive this recognition. Thanks to our Prestwich Labour Councillors for the Pride of #Prestwich award. We have learned many things over the past year but an appreciation of our Friendship Circle Family is definitely top of the list ❤
Together online with Friendship Circle we light our #YellowCandle in memory of the 6 million who perished in the #Shoah. This candle is lit in memory of a little girl called Hannah Kluger. She was 4 yrs old. She was killed because she was Jewish. Just like my little girls & I are.
Barriers are there to be broken and stereotypes are there to be smashed. The biggest thing holding back people with any kind of disabilities are the boundaries put on them by the perceptions of society. שירלי פינטו Shirly Pinto you are inspirational.
Lovely to meet you Guy Opperman, thanks for taking the time to talk to us. It is so important to discuss issues that are faced by those people who are not always the loudest.
