Stratified by on-treatment CRP level in the CONVINCE trial, those with CRP level <2mg/L on colchicine had ~40% reduced risk of recurrent MACE. Lower is better: in a secondary analysis, patients who achieved a CRP level <2mg/L on colchicine treatment had a reduced risk of MACE.
