First game back on Sat seen boys fall 2-0 to Glasgow Island AFC. Even game for long spells, then short back-pass sealed our fate. Plenty positives to take though & on another day feel we coulda got something. All the best to Glasgow Island AFC for rest of their season. 👍⚽

Apologies for lack of updates, Twitter guy been awol! 😊 Quick recap of previous results! Second league game saw us go down 6-0 to a good Park Sports Project Ams & 35’s, however individual errors put us out the game before in it, then lack of discipline seen us down to 9, with double bookings!

Next up seen us at home to MSM Burnbank, where after a tight first half finishing at 1-0, boys managed to produce a good second half performance to run out 6-1 winners. MSM picked up few injuries early doors, plus went down to 10 men, which obv played a part in the scoreline.

Lastly, we ran out 2-1 winners on Saturday against Burnhill, with not much in the game tbh. Took the lead, Burnhill levelled, then we manged to snatch it late on. Good result for us given the depleted squad we had available, so couldn't ask for anymore from the guys there! 👍

This week see's us take on Kings Park United, 10am at Nethercraig's. Will be first competitive game between the sides i believe, & sure like most games in the division, should be a tight one. Hopefully can keep our upturn in results going however, & get a few bodies back too! 👍

Yaaassssssss the full time whistle sounds and the Ants win 4-3 as Mullaney hat trick and Hampson put the ants in control but credit to glasgow perthshire fan who came storming back with 2 quick goals before a 3rd with 15 to go made it a nervy enr but the Ants held out. FT 4-3
