AP English III students are identifying ethos, pathos, and logos using commercials. Students taking the course may receive credit in both Eng III and a college-level composition course. Here's to a year filled with deep insights, engaging discussions, and literary exploration!

Love this bold statement. I would add that not giving feedback is probably not as much of a time issue as it is a skill or discomfort issue. Intentional feedback for growth takes skill, boldness, compassion, and sometimes hard conversations. That is NOT easy!

The Navy SEALS like to say, "Under pressure we don't rise to the occasion, but rather sink to the level of our training." When crisis hits or adversity comes our way, it highlights who we are and how we've prepared. How we PREPARE TODAY will determine how we PERFORM TOMORROW.

If you want your team to serve, serve them. If you want your people to care, care about them. If you want your team to love their work, love them. If you want your employees to be their best, give them your best.
