Takeaway... Commencement Speakers: Stop telling kids to "find" their passion. Passions are developed by work, not "found" by magic. Studies show that urging young adults to "find" their passions makes it less likely that they'll actually end up with one.

Wildly popular or “viral” brand posts aren’t subjected to multiple edits, pulled from a content plan or scheduled “Viral” posts happen when a savvy social team is empowered to respond in real-time, in relevant ways to fleeting but remarkable social moments

We gotta stop thinking things have to be all one way or all the other way. It’s ridiculous and it’s not getting us anywhere. And yes, I’m talking about masks and Trump and Chicago and also Christmas. farmprogress.com/commentary/unm…

It's a good thing I don't have bean dust allergies, or I would've been admitted after taking these photos. Still worth it. Stock Photo Tag: Shoot #102

If you had to guess - how many branded items does the typical farmer wear? I'm photoshopping out 2-3 logos per photo over here. Also does # of logos correlate with brand pride or just farmer thriftiness?

Our family is pretty tight. We work on each other's projects. We challenge each other. We're forever tossing ideas back and forth. My sister knows I can get wrapped up in my to-do list and challenged me to let my creativity run and make something for me 1x/week. So I made this:

Little bro used to put a scary mask over a basketball and stick it on my pillow - would make me jump (and him laugh) every time. I was taking pics of him here for a good 5 min before he saw me. Made him jump a little. Payback, 15 years later. Not nearly as sweet as I'd hoped.

*carefully slides down in seat to get the proper angle, praying they don't stop talking to ask me what the heck I'm doing* They didn’t even bat an eye. It’s taken 10 years, but they might be getting used to me + my weird do-anything-for-the-shot antics.

Kinda forgot watching awards shows with dad is the best. Case in point: "Do you think she has extensions on those eyelashes? You could swat flies with them!" 😂

Too often, Christians squander their witness by protecting, defending, promoting, and preserving the wrong people & the wrong things. As Christ followers we are called to protect the vulnerable, defend the innocent, promote the truth, and and preserve our integrity.
