Mortgage rates are at their lowest levels in 2 years ahead of today's #FOMC meeting, per Mortgage Bankers Association 30YR Fixed: 6.15% 15YR Fixed: 5.66% 5/1 ARM: 5.42% Even had to adjust the Y axis of our chart this morning!
