Watching Klopp discuss what a leader is for him, I was reminded of my own experience, the leaders I've had, and great takeaways from George Couros and Principal Kafele about leaders in education, both teachers, and administrators.

Two things here: 1. Self-reflection is important to develop meaning 2. Implications for international educators and schools. “...participants who had reflected on living abroad reported greater self-concept clarity than participants who had reflected on living at home.”

We are now into our 6th week of #onlinelearning Hong Kong Academy with at least 6 more to go. As we continue this journey we are redesigning and rethinking how to best support learning for the whole child. Here are some guidelines for Ss based on our six weeks so far.
