This is the “retaliatory regulatory regime” strategy I’ve been advocating as a poison pill measure against any foreign government who fines a US company for hosting free speech online. Fantastic stuff by Preston Byrne putting forth a concrete proposal to codify this into law

9.8 Million X Followers. Lucky to get 36 likes after 1 day. Those TechCrunch followers? They’re not real. It’s all (99%+) bots and dead accounts. They’re using those (clearly fake) numbers to sell “sponsored articles” (ads disguised as real articles) to Tech companies.

NEW on my personal blog: the Censorship-Industrial Complex Is About to Get Defunded. "NGOs will be forced to make a choice if they want American State Department money: side with the First Amendment, or side with the censors." prestonbyrne.com/2026/05/02/def…

We are in the pursuit of justice. I was one of four Republicans who stood firm from the beginning, pushing with resolve to sign the discharge petition and release the Epstein Files. I have voted, repeatedly, to stand with the survivors and to oppose any effort to obscure the

Roblox lost 20 million daily users since it started demanding facial scans and ID uploads to access basic features. Half the platform is now stuck in a degraded version where the path back runs through biometric data. People are voting with their absence. reclaimthenet.org/roblox-loses-1…

If you are genuinely worried about illegal immigrant families being split up by deportations, stop encouraging them to come here and have anchor babies. Problem solved.
