Things might not always be what you think.

It is okay to keep a little bit just for yourself.

Sometimes, sitting with doubt and uncertainty feels intolerable. It feels like you are the only person on the planet and the salvation or rescuer fantasy kicks in. In these moments, remember to find appreciation for how far you’ve come, tap your heart or your shoulder and allow

More knowledge isn’t always the key to a more meaningful life. Understanding is true power, whilst knowledge can get you there, sometimes stripping things back can help you find what was already there to begin with.

You are not your thoughts, no matter how thick or fast they may fly. Do not follow them, you fool.

What can you subtract rather than add?

It is impossible to miss, escape or ‘fuck up’ what is meant for you.

It goes without saying, feel the fear and do it anyway. Love can often come disguised as fear, love for oneself, love for another, love for a mentor…sometimes perceived fear stops us from doing things, but if you do it anyway, you feel a lot less fear.

Whatever happens, whatever you decide, it will be okay.
