In a recent NAIS study, 67% of schools reported unfilled teacher positions. Taking on the challenge for the first time or starting somewhere new, the need to do things differently is the same. Create teams that are empathetic, organized, motivated & enabled to take on the task!

One of our team members here at EnRusk attended their children's PTA meeting & was shocked to hear the principal say that when they used to post a teaching opening they would receive 200+ applicants. However since the pandemic, they now only receive 3-4. A shocking statistic.
