The Amazing Amy Morriss teaching our future Engineer Your World teachers how to solder. Our teachers are learning the design process through coding and creating.

Hooray for all the smiles and laughs as the EYW: Computing professional development participants successfully complete their design challenge! Lots of Taylor Swift, talk of food and jokes are getting our team through the projects.

In the Engineer Your World: Engineering Design & Analysis professional development course, our participants created their own pinhole cameras and took photos. They built these cameras out of boxes and tins and developed their own photos. Amazing results!

One of the best things about the Engineer Your World curriculum is the collaboration between students! We love to see students taking ownership of their work, while enhancing their 21st century skills. What are some of your favorite class norms or examples of teamwork?

Students, from McCallum High School and St. John's School, in the Engineer Your World: Community Applications of Engineering Design course came to The University of Texas to present their engineering projects to UT faculty and EYW staff. Such a fun time for all!
