As a teacher Magna Academy Poole I can concur that I LOVE the behaviour system!! I was an agency teacher when I started there, so I’ve worked in a lot of local schools. None had a behaviour system as clear cut and effective as ours. Behaviour was an issue in all other schools.

Why doesn't he come and see for himself Magna Academy Poole is the most supportive school I have worked in and as a teacher I can actually teach without disruption I thank Magna Academy Poole for allowing this with their behaviour policies. This is extremely disappointing shame on you Tes magazine
