23 August 1941 | A Czech Jewish boy, Eduard Beck, was born in Olomouc. He was deported to #Auschwitz from #Theresienstadt Ghetto with his mother Blanka on 15 May 1944. They were registered in the so-called "Theresienstadt family camp" in Birkenau. They did not survive.
