Today I launched the HSE Model of Care for Crisis Resolution Services. Delighted to meet the Waterford Team who will be leading out on the new Waterford Crisis Resolution Service This will form an integral part of community mental health services out of hours. HSE/SECH (now part of HSE Dublin and South East)

I launched the HSE Ireland Model of Care for Crisis Resolution today in Sligo. We recognise those experiencing mental health crisis often require specialist supports after hours/on weekends. The new Model of Care will address this need and offer alternatives to inpatient admission.

It was absolutely inspirational to meet exceptional multidisciplinary teams supporting people through a crisis in their homes and community
