Body for garchomp built out of fusible foam interfacing (legs) and 3/4inch upholstery. Lining fused to the inside with gussets for easy movement! Now making the upper body lining to smooth out the transition

Finishing up Mega Garchomp, heres a great look at the understructure of the entire body. Everything is hollow foam shell of various combinations of lined upholstery foam.

Esun Foaming TPU works very similar varioshores foaming TPU but easier to get and priced lower for a kilo spool. This stuff is fantastic but definitely avoid as many supports as you can. This piece had a tiny amount of supports as a test but thankfully it detached pretty well
