🐣 New feature 🐣 You can now change the unit of the dataset voxel size to any supported unit of the OME-Zarr standard. This allows you to work with datasets in units other than nanometers.

New blog post🔬💻! biapol.github.io/blog/johannes_… In our group's latest tutorial, I explain how you can train an Ultralytics YOLO object detection/classification 🔍 model for #bioimageanalysis directly from a dataset on an OMERO server openmicroscopy. Short summary 👇

It's great to be at #EMC2024 and learn more about all the different microscopy techniques. I will be presenting a poster on Fractal, our framework for scalable image analysis in OME-Zarrs on Wednesday afternoon (poster 58), feel free to stop by if you're there as well!

As #gitbob is just a GUI for modern LLMs, you can ask it basically any question, for example about #ResearchDataManagement 🎉 and it will respond. ➕You can conserve how things were done & decided. ➕Others can learn with you how to prompt LLMs. Example: github.com/haesleinhuepf/…
