Yesterday, Kenya Kwanza released a one-sided statement signed by Hon. Kimani Ichungwa that they claimed to incorporate our views. We disown the statement by Hon. Ichungwa. Azimio had nothing to do with it. Its contents were those of Kenya Kwanza, their wish list.

Going forward, CLE MUST, as a matter of policy, release examination scripts to all candidates who are dissatisfied with their marks. It beats logic to redo an exam or remark a script without seeing why you need to do so. This choice should be an informed one.

We know there are attempts to frame this struggle through a tribal lens. But you know why you were on the streets, and you know who stood beside you, from all walks of life, different tribes. We can't allow those who never joined us to define who we were or why we rose up.

Holding leaders accountable should never be seen as a threat to the nation. In fact, risking our lives to confront tyranny is the truest form of patriotism. The fate of the Republic lies in how its leaders respond to its people's cry.
