Happy Juneteenth! Silvia Hector Webber was a formerly enslaved woman who helped others to freedom in southern Texas. Also known as the “Harriet Tubman of Texas,” her story is at the center of a new exhibit at UT Austin. Priscilla Thompson has the story.
