Check out our paper accepted to MICCAI 2021: arxiv.org/abs/2106.12526. We developed a weakly supervised approach to register prostate MRI and histopathology images without requiring prostate segmentations at inference. Congrats to members Personalized Integrative Medicine Lab at Stanford and Stanford UCIL lab.
