5th graders spent a glorious Friday afternoon outside collecting a data set of 15-20 sticks, measuring each stick while practicing rounding to the nearest half inch, and then graphing their data on line plot! At Watershed PCS, math standards and the outdoors can go hand-in-hand!

Our youngest residents continue to give me hope for the future with their commitment to service, community and the environment. Today, I had the opportunity to help recognize the 30 winning schools for this year’s Team Baltimore County Public Schools Clean Green 15 Litter Challenge at Watershed PCS.
We were so excited to host the Clean Green 15 Litter Challenge this morning! 30 schools were honored including Watershed!!
