I co-hosted with zhang lijia our latest NüVoices @nuvoicescollective/nuvoices.bsky.social podcast featuring the brilliant gender journalist Wanqing Zhang (check out her longread Rest of World: restofworld.org/2023/china-onl…) We spoke about latest wave of digital activism, how the feminist movement has evolved, and more:

Glad to be invited to NüVoices @nuvoicescollective/nuvoices.bsky.social podcast! Had such a nurturing and inspiring conversation with these two brilliant women Jessie Lau @laujessie.bsky.social and zhang lijia

I'm so grateful for the 300+ signatures on the petition calling on WSJ to reinstate me, org'd by IAPE TNG/CWA 1096 & supported by the The NewsGuild-CWA. Thank you. I hope WSJ will respond. The press is stronger when their reporters can join unions. The right to unionize is a basic human right.
