Dad's nuclear hot hybrid Maruga Peppers are starting to ripen.

Harvested a box full of Ghost Peppers this morning. Gonna put these on the smoker and let them get lots of smokey flavor then dehydrate them....grind them up....and jar up some Smokey Ghost Powder Seasoning.

We've had multiple requests from local restaurants and others if we were making any Mike's 100 Ways To Die Hot Saice....so I'm making some. Each batch has 100 fermented nuclear hot peppers in it. Starting the fermentation now.

Harvested hundreds of these peppers this morning. They are a South American pepper ( from Peru or Ecuador I think) that Dad found during his travels. It's a beautiful pepper that has a distinct lemon flavor but is incredibly hot. Fermenting a bunch for hot sauce.
