Can I ask why does a system be created to better children's lives and then majority of them lives get wasted and taken from them ,Government need to review the child act of looked after children because too many are being neglected, No child asks to be in care #government #child

MP Tim Loughton is paid £37,000 a year by Outcomes First, the private children's homes and foster care group. Loughton also chairs the All Party Parliamentary Group for Children, which is supposed to hold the Government and local authorities to account. Who'd have thunk it?
