I've done it the hard way (40-50 hours!) and now, here's the EASY way to make custom chess pieces for the Chessnut PRO! Get your pieces from INDIACHESSART Etsy Store, who will pre-drill the pieces for the sensor chips! AMAZING! Chessnut adventuresofachessnoob.com/2023/06/20/che…

Some of the best scientists and the brightest people I know are GPs. And no one becomes a GP because they couldn’t specialise; General Practice is one of the most demanding areas of medicine (in fact it IS a specialty) and it attracts some of the very best.

Commissioner Catherine Holmes has not let Scott Morrison off the hook & given him a huge whack in her #Robodebt Report saying he “allowed Cabinet to be misled” & “FAILED to meet his ministerial responsibility”💥🔥🔥 Whilst we’ve said it many times, he really must Resign Now.

Dr Vyom Sharma The scattergun approach to testing is the worst way of applying investigations. Doing tests on people with a low pre-test risk for the condition produces far too many false positives and too many chases down rabbit holes. Good clinical medicine starts with a thorough history.

OPINION | It's time to retire Australia's persistent “dole-bludger” myth as the robodebt report makes clear that it is public servants and policymakers that are the real threats to our welfare system #robodebtrc #auspol crikey.com.au/2023/07/10/rob…

This sort of research funding nightmare is all too common in Australia. There is simply no reason that any private company should be given $33mil in limited research funds through an opaque, non-competitive process theguardian.com/australia-news…

Couldn't agree more. Much more must be done to help people with ADHD. GPs can play a more significant role in diagnosis and treatment to improve affordability and access to care. Change is needed ASAP, this must be a priority. #ADHD thewest.com.au/business/healt…

Quote “Why this ‘transactional’ conception of health care should have been adopted in face of the evidence that it is less good for patients, and costs more, needs to be better understood if good care is not to be permanently lost.”

Main thing we've learned from the history of psychiatry is that we learn nothing from it & keep making same mistakes: 1)Recurrent diagnostic fads 2)Neglecting the most impaired 3)Overreacting the least impaired 4)Funding too much "cool" research & too little to really help people
