❤️ I want to thank my GitHub sponsors who support me every month with a coin 🪙 for coffee ☕️! This kind of support really motivates me in my ongoing support for Vavr. #opensource github.com/sponsors/danie…

Works exactly the same Vavr which is the new Javaslang. Which turns Java upside down 😉 This works for any similar data type through the powers of #kotlin DSL and the Λrrow DSLs. Arrow also offers many other DSLs, and powers. That is for past, and future snippets 😄

I am honoured and humbled to announce that I am taking over Vavr . Most of my early talks revolved around Functional Programming and Java , so naturally, I got close to the project around ten years ago when Java 8 was released.

Yesterday at JCreteUnconf I led a session about microservices in retrospect, but today we’ll review Functional Programming ideas for Java and see whether we can make those happen with Vavr

I resigned from Quesma last week. We've made incredible breakthroughs together, but it's time for me to return to my solo venture. I'll be reconnecting with clients I had to turn away, and focusing on Vavr. I'm open to exciting new opportunities! :)

Guillermo Calvo 🐵 This one of the examples that I told you before github.com/politrons/reac… Any of those monads are cool, but for serious FP projects we should contribute to Vavr

It's been three years since the last Валерий Ресько-io release, and another one is happening in the next couple of days: 0.10.5! Expect a jlink-friendly explicit module definition, performance improvements, and various bug fixes.

Vavr documentation is not only alive again... but is now also available in Spanish! docs.vavr.io/es/ Thanks to Geovanny Mendoza 🇨🇴, who played a key role in bringing the project back to life and preparing the translation! 👏👏👏 More updates are coming soon!
