1.2.4 makes a final tweak before 2.0, and fixes 1 bug in a new DSL.

Arrow is already building with K2, hopefully soon with DEV/EAP versions and experimental targets 🥳

Helping with this would be incredibly helpful to the project. The task is quite concrete: ensure that we can keep testing on -dev versions by minimizing the dependencies on some Gradle plug-ins.

Λrrow wants to support #kotlin by building DEV & EAP versions, and producing/testing experimental targets like #wasm .
