Conrad Fischer Chris Bray MD PhD FACP Secretary Kennedy President Donald J. Trump AAIM Help who? By misleading the American public with misinformation from doctors? Residency positions are funded by U.S. taxpayers. Overlooking qualified medical school graduates already in the country—while promoting half-truths—is unacceptable. Let’s be clear: not all IMGs need

Conrad Fischer Barbara C. Szepietowska Secretary Kennedy Let’s talk about evidence. ERAS filters—used by nearly all residency programs—don’t account for changes in USMLE passing scores. A Step 2 CK score of 209 was passing in 2014, but if a program sets an automated filter at ≥210, that applicant gets excluded automatically—no

The Unmatched MD Conrad Fischer Chris Bray MD PhD FACP Secretary Kennedy President Donald J. Trump AAIM Many programs with immigrant program directors and HCA programs go into SOAP for almost all of their spots to match IMGs with connection to them. U.S tax payers pay for these positions!

Conrad Fischer Secretary Kennedy How many IMG physicians in US are citizens or permanent residents? I bet there are 10 times more than what you need. You just need to look at them. They are almost all lost their hope and doing something different than their expertise and most of them have years of experience

Trump Secretary Marco Rubio How someone fresh out of school can be trusted more than the someone with 5-10 years of experience? Plus those with experience have also updated their knowledge by passing the tests. Never makes sense to me. It's time for common sense reforms!

Conrad Fischer The Unmatched MD Chris Bray MD PhD FACP Secretary Kennedy President Donald J. Trump AAIM I'm here if you want more people and if you ask there will be 100000 people who are in US that haven't matched for years. All because crazy nonsense filters you apply for the interviews.

MS Conrad Fischer Chris Bray MD PhD FACP Secretary Kennedy President Donald J. Trump AAIM It’s not just immigrant program directors or HCA. The real issue is this: Are Program Directors selecting applicants based on personal preferences—or on what’s truly best for their patients and communities? No state medical board sets age or USMLE score cutoffs for licensure—so

Conrad Fischer Secretary Kennedy roughly 1,905 U.S. MD & DO seniors failed to match into a residency position in 2025, based on the NRMP data. 5,616 non-US citizen IMGs secured first-year residency positions in accredited U.S. GME programs.
