Un nouveau projet soutenu par l'ANSES débute au laboratoire. Porté par Laurent Sachs et en collaboration avec Labo Watchfrog

New publication from our lab ! As part of the European ERGO project (ergo-project.eu) and in collaboration with Labo Watchfrog, this work describe at the transcriptome level the effects of thyroid hormones during the regulatory XETA test (OECD n°248). frontiersin.org/journals/endoc…

From our colleagues Jean-Paul Concordet and Anne De Cian with a participation of@EvyDuvernoisfrom our lab.Publications MNHN 🐝 elifesciences.org/reviewed-prepr…

New publication from the lab, in collaboration with Labo Watchfrog. Elise Pesce and col present the TETHYS assay (Transgenic Eleuthero-embryonic THYroid-Specific assay). A new assay using medaka embryo for the detection of Thyroid Active Chemicals. doi.org/10.1016/j.aqua…

Our lab was proudly represented at the American Thyroid Association meeting thanks to Sylvie Remaud (Long-term functional consequences on neurogliogenesis of perinatal modulation of thyroid hormone action) and Laurent Sachs (Thyroid hormone on transcriptome and methylome in Xenopus) #2024ATA

New work from the lab. Eglantine and colleagues reveals that head/trunk-connecting muscle have conserved mesodermal origins in fishes and tetrapods and that the neck evolved from muscle groups present in fishes.
